Following is a list of services we generally provide for a typical client. Additional services and housekeeping chores (such as windows, laundry, inside oven or refrigerator) are available on request. 

                             (Weekly, Bi-Weekly, Monthly Packages)

·         Ceiling fans and light fixtures dusted

·         Cobwebs removed as needed

·         Baseboards dusted

·         Lamps and lampshades dusted

·         Pictures and knick knacks dusted

·         Furniture dusted

·         End tables and coffee tables dusted and spot cleaned when needed

·         Exterior cleaning of all appliances and interior of microwave

·         Top of refrigerator dusted

·         Mirrors

·         Countertops and backsplashes

·         Tub/ Shower & Tiles

·         Bathroom Counters and Fixtures

·         Sinks and Toilets

·         Stairs Vacuumed & cleaned

·         Floors vacuumed & mopped

·         Trash and Recycling emptied

·         Beds made ( linens changed if left out)

·         1 glass door included (we can clean additional glass doors on a rotation basis or

add additional glass doors for $7 each)

·         Underneath couch cushions vacuumed

·         Doors and door frames

·         Switch plates

Every First Time Cleaning includes the Cleaning list items with a focus

on excessive build up plus the following:

·         Fan blades hand wiped or dusted with extension pole

·         Light Fixtures hand wiped in place

·         Window Sills and Baseboards hand wiped or washed

·         Lampshades vacuumed or wiped

·         Pictures and knick-knacks hand wiped

·         Furniture damp wiped and spot cleaned where needed

·         Top of Refrigerator washed

·         Cabinet fronts spot cleaned or washed where needed

·         Switch plates cleaned

·         *Tub/shower and tiles scrubbed

·         Toilet bowls pumiced when necessary 

       Glass doors washed

We do not climb higher than a 2-step ladder. We do use extension poles for higher items that need dusting and cob webbing. :)

The majority of homes will need a First Time Detail Cleaning on the first visit in order for a proper Maintenance Cleaning to be performed. We can provide a discounted First Time General Clean if the house has been detail cleaned on a regular basis. 

We request that rooms that are to be cleaned be “picked up” before our Cleaning Techs arrive.

 *As we are a “green” cleaning service we do not use products with bleach. If there is excessive mold or stains in tile grout, we might suggest using beach products or having the Grout professionally re-grouted and sealed. We can suggest companies that provide this service
